GOOD PRACTICES

SUDECO has a fully staffed service department, headed by a senior manager, which deals with:

Erection and commissioning

Performance trials

Periodical servicing of special machinery

Study of problems arising at customer's factory site and suggest ways and means for improvement

Supply of spare parts

A special division exists within the sales department to deal with the final after sales service area.

It is our policy with large projects, to make every effort to equip our customers with appropriate machine tools and know-how to manufacture essential parts themselves.

Complex or proprietary items will still have to be purchased through our sales department.
