Boilers
In view of
ever increasing fuel costs and international sensitivity towards environmental
issues our Boiler Division has been at the forefront of some exciting
developments which will further assist our clients to reduce operating costs
and save our planet. We have developed
the following equipment and controls which will have a positive effect on and
boiler installation may it operate on gas, fuel oil, bagasse
or other agro waste material;

inclusion of the above we can facilitate;
Standard efficiency levels of Oil and Gas fired boilers
reaching 96 to 98% and bagasse fired units 86 to 88%
- with resultant fuel saving
Recovery of Water – in the case of Oil Firing per kg of fuel 1kg of water is recovered
Saving in Electrical Power
Steam saving
Low Emission levels resulting in the elimination of Wet
Scrubbers and ESP equipment
Balanced Boiler operations with less fluctuation
Downsizing of the Chimney physical dimensions on new
installations
Extended equipment life due to reduction in dew-point

In our
capacity as Project Managers we are responsible for every aspect of a project from
inception to completion. We are responsible for every service required to carry
out the work: planning, scheduling, costing, designing, engineering,
purchasing, inspection, shipping, construction and commissioning.
We are strong believers and supporters of a
free and frank and open working relationship / interaction between ourselves
and our clients. We work with our
clients in order to define the requirements of a project and its boundaries. This involves process decision, fixing design
standards, material specification, manufacturing procedures and standards,
stage-wise inspections, protecting and painting to packaging, transport and
shipping, storage and handling at site, subcontractor services and the
parameters of performance and reliability.
SUDECO is able to produce
and source high quality equipment and spares quickly and cost effectively and
with minimal delivery times. It will
provide this service for all equipment, covering any aspect of the sugar
